Organise supporting home documents
Keep appropriate appliance receipts, manuals and service records with the home or item they describe instead of searching separate folders.
Upload only the document you need
Use a harmless, relevant file and a descriptive record title. Respect the permitted file types and size limits shown in the application. Keep an independent copy of important records; MVault beta access is not a substitute for your own archive.
Understand quarantine and scanning
An uploaded document is not immediately approved for retrieval. The implementation uses private object storage and ClamAV scanning. Unscanned, rejected or unavailable-scan files remain blocked. A successful scan reduces malware risk but cannot guarantee a file is harmless.
Access stays tied to your account
Preview and download require the authorised account and application checks. Storage objects are not public document pages and never belong in the public sitemap. Do not share account credentials or upload someone else’s private records.
Testing and policy limits
Live homeowner document validation is still being completed with approved beta testers; general registration is closed. Review the Privacy Policy, keep a backup, and contact support if a document remains unavailable. Do not email private documents as a troubleshooting shortcut.
