Use reminders to support a maintenance plan
MVault’s implemented scheduling and notification tools help homeowners review maintenance dates and keep routine work visible.
A reminder starts with a task
Record the relevant due date and recurrence in a maintenance task. Check the task and item details first: a reminder based on an incorrect date will not correct the underlying record.
Review notification preferences
Use the preferences supported in your account and review the in-app notification area. Delivery depends on the scheduled worker and applicable settings. The production transactional email channel is used for authentication; this site does not promise that every maintenance reminder is emailed.
Keep important work independently visible
Reminder timing and end-to-end notification delivery are still being validated in restricted beta. Do not rely on MVault for emergencies, life-safety alarms or guaranteed notices. Use independent arrangements for urgent or legally required work.
If a reminder is missing
Check the task due date, completion state and preferences. Contact support with a description and approximate time, not passwords or sensitive home details. Public registration remains closed; see availability.
