Verification and account access
Approved testers should use their ordinary browser and direct verification email. Check the spam folder if mail is missing. If a workflow fails, stop and describe the error; do not send the link or repeatedly request new messages.
Protect your credentials
Never email passwords, verification/reset links, authenticator secrets, recovery codes, cookies or private home documents. Support does not need them to investigate a reported error.
